2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling, purchasing, or accessing any service offered by SDC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These terms apply to all users of our website including students, parents, teachers, franchisees, and visitors.

3. Registration and Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• SDC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any misuse or violation is detected.

4. Use of Our Services

5. Class Policies

• Students are expected to be punctual, disciplined, and respectful toward instructors and peers.
• Instructors may modify class content, timing, or format for training efficiency.
• Missed classes will not be refunded or adjusted unless officially rescheduled by SDC.

6. Online Classes and Access

• Access credentials for online classes are personal and non-transferable.
• Recording, downloading, or redistributing online sessions is strictly prohibited.
• Internet connectivity and device responsibility rest with the student.
• Any misuse may lead to account suspension or legal action.

7. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in advance before classes or events commence.
• Fees are non-refundable unless the class or event is cancelled by SDC.
• Payments can be made online via secure gateways listed on our website.
• For franchise or bulk payments, separate agreements will define terms.

8. Apparel and Merchandise Sales

• All apparel and product sales are final unless defective.
• SDC reserves the right to update pricing and product details without prior notice.
• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

9. Events, Competitions, and Workshops

• Event registrations are confirmed only upon full payment.
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by SDC.
• Participants agree to follow all event rules and safety protocols.
• SDC reserves the right to disqualify participants for misconduct or violation of rules.

10. Media Release & Consent

By enrolling or participating in SDC classes, events, or productions, you consent to:

• Photography and videography for educational or promotional purposes.
• Use of your image, performance, and voice in SDC’s marketing materials, social media, and videos.
  (For minors, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.)

11. Franchise and Partnership

• Franchise partners must sign a separate legal agreement outlining rights, responsibilities, and royalty structure.
• Unauthorized use of the SDC name, brand, or teaching system is prohibited.
• SDC reserves the right to terminate partnerships for breach of terms or misuse of the brand.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, choreography, videos, images, logos, and designs are owned by Sherif Dance Company.

You may not copy, modify, share, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

13. Health and Safety

Dance involves physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.

SDC is not liable for injuries or health issues arising during classes, rehearsals, or performances.

Participants are advised to consult a doctor before starting any dance or fitness activity.

14. Limitation of Liability

SDC shall not be held responsible for:

• Technical failures or interruptions in online classes
• Loss or damage of personal property
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using them.

15. Termination of Services

SDC may suspend or terminate your participation for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misconduct or inappropriate behavior
• Misuse of materials or credentials
